Intraocular Lenses and Pricing Information

There are many considerations as to which artificial lens is best for each patient. Dr. Planchard will recommend the lens that will work best for you.

Standard Lens

Monofocal – Included in cost of surgery (no additional charge)

Restores distance vision only. Will need glasses for intermediate and near. You may still need glasses for distance as well if you have astigmatism.

Premium Lens Options

Restores distance vision for patients with astigmatism. You’ll still need glasses for intermediate and near (computer work, reading)

Toric Multifocal – $3,035 additional cost per eye, not covered by insurance
