Free LASIK Evaluation
When you arrive for your Free LASIK evaluation you’ll need to fill out some paperwork so we can gather more information about you and your medical history. Once you’ve completed your paperwork the technician will call you back for your evaluation.
It will be helpful for you to bring your prescription glasses or your written contact lens prescription with you for this evaluation.
Your evaluation will include:
- Pictures to map and measure your cornea.
- A refraction to find your best corrected visual acuity (if needed)
- Assessment by Dr. Planchard to determine if you’re a candidate for LASIK or PRK.
